About this Cohort:
Women in leadership experience the weight of their calling and responsibilities in a multitude of directions. They are stretched thin and often feel they are surviving rather than succeeding. And deep inside they don’t want to settle; they want to win.
LEADING WELL is designed with these women leaders in mind. This coaching cohort offers women the right blend of “pause” and “push” resulting in leadership development that is both stretching and supportive.
What You Can Expect in this 4-month Experience:
Caring Community: The learning occurs in the context of a small group where women leaders from a variety of sectors offer their hearts, wisdom and encouragements to each other on their leadership journeys.
Transferable Tools: The developmental journey involves learning specific leadership and communication tools that are immediately relevant and can also be applied to a wide variety of situations for years to come.
Specific Solutions: The growth process includes identifying one “big” leadership challenge in your current role, and with the help of your leadership coach, creating a path forward that contributes to significantly improving or solving the situation.
