About this COHORT:

LEADING WELL COHORT is an intentionally designed leadership development experience that occurs during a four-month period.

This program includes:

Transferable Tools: The developmental journey involves learning specific leadership and communication tools that are immediately relevant and can also be applied to a wide variety of situations for years to come.

1:1 Mentor Coaching Sessions: The growth adventure includes two 1:1 mentor sessions with a Leading Well Cohort graduate. With the help of your mentor coach, you will create vision goals regarding your strengths and declaration.

Caring Community: The learning occurs in the context of a small group where women leaders from a variety of sectors offer their hearts, wisdom and encouragement to each other on their leadership journeys.
