About this COHORT:
LEADING WELL COHORT is an intentionally designed leadership development experience that occurs during a four-month period.
This program includes:
- Four monthly 3-hour group trainings led by Bold Move’s certified Coaches (offered both virtually and in-person in Greenville, SC)
- Two 1-hour coaching sessions with an alumni mentor in between group sessions
- Approximately two hours of personal growth homework and/or action steps each month
Transferable Tools: The developmental journey involves learning specific leadership and communication tools that are immediately relevant and can also be applied to a wide variety of situations for years to come.

1:1 Mentor Coaching Sessions: The growth adventure includes two 1:1 mentor sessions with a Leading Well Cohort graduate. With the help of your mentor coach, you will create vision goals regarding your strengths and declaration.
- Dig into the issue to discover what is challenging for you
- Discover a new way of seeing and approaching the challenge
- Design next steps and test them
Caring Community: The learning occurs in the context of a small group where women leaders from a variety of sectors offer their hearts, wisdom and encouragement to each other on their leadership journeys.
- A monthly coffee or call with a Cohort Companion who gets copied in on your learning and walks with you through your growth
- Ongoing relationships and support through LEADING WELL CONNECT
