Marvita Franklin is an Executive Leadership Coach, Workforce Consultant, Master Trainer and Author. With over 30 years of experience, she comes alongside leaders and organizations to build employee capacity. 

She is a certified International Coaching Federation (ICF) PCC Coach, a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and a Gallup-Certified CliftonStrengths® Coach. She is also a certified Prosci® Change Practitioner. She coaches individuals, teams, and systems to maximize their strengths in their personal and professional roles to evoke transformation.

Marvita is based in Columbia, SC, and currently serves as Co-Director of Membership on the Board of the South Carolina Chapter of ICF.
