After 20+ years of engineering, construction, maintenance, and sales experience, he brings a unique perspective to solving problems.

James co-founded Toro Professional Coaching with the goal of instilling confidence in clients so they are comfortable during the interview and negotiation process of any career move. He is committed to helping people make the most out of the opportunity in front of them.
